Here are a few quick tips for starting a chat with beautiful women in the gym. We all see hot girls at the gym. We want to talk to them and the dorky “hey how often you come here” thing is the first thing that comes to mind. I like to open them with high energy (we are at the gym..) and a fun playful vibe. Usually I’ll ask them to work in with them and then I’ll just make funny comments about how I’m preparing for pregnancy or how my ass looks fat and I hate it (fake a gay tone or girlie tone), or I’ll ask to work in, lower the weight, and then struggle to even do one rep with an “UHHHHHHHHHGGGG!”

The key to elements for that will make it easy to meet girls in the gym is to be FUN and HIGH ENERGY. Most people are way too formal. Treat it as if the gym is your 5th grade playground. You want to meet a girl on the playground? Tag! You’re it!

Get creative with it and just have fun. You can be real serious with your workout and still be a goof when you’re meeting girls in the gym.

Question by Alafiyah: Why is only one leg/thigh/glute really sore when I do squats?
I have started a new workout routine in an attempt to tone my buns, and thighs. I was advised by my husband to use the “squat machine” at the gym ( I squat usually about 3 to 4 sets of 10 of 220lbs). I have not noticed any results yet;however, I have noticed that I am much “sorer” in my left thigh/glut.. I asked a friend who explained that maybe I was exerting more force using the left leg.. I accepted this as a possible reason until I returned to the gym again days later ( after I was no longer sore) to the the same “set” of exercises on the squat machine, and same as before the following day, I noticed a significant amount of soreness in my left thigh/bun hardly any in my right thigh/bun . I was more than sure that I focused on exerting an equal amount of weight on both legs, so how can it be that one leg is always much sorer than the other??? Im afraid if this continues, I may have one thigh/bun noticeably larger than the other?? Answers community,, please help me understand whats happening, and tell me if applicable, what I am doing wrong…..
