<p><b>Getting the perfect six pack stomach requires 3 exercises, 4 times a week. </b> A given is to eat the right foods, exercise and rest. It is very important not to workout too much as this will do more harm than good. </p>
<p>Repetition and persistence are the key to get ripped abs fast.Most people will get disheartened when they don&#8217;t see the results, but you are probably following the wrong workout routine.</p>
<p><b>With these exercises you will see a dramatic improvement in less than 2 months. </b></p>
<p>A word of warning, following the wrong program can lead to lower back problems.</p>
<p>To achieve the best results for an over all well toned body, you can either hire a personal trainer or purchases an online muscle training system, the good systems will actually have a personal trainer to assist you. </p>
<p><b>How to get Ripped abs fast, exercise 4 times a week, with a 2 day break between weeks. </b></p>
<p>You can choose to train for 4 days consecutively or two days training and one days break, and repeat. <b>These are the three types of exercises,</b> cardio weight lifting and abdominal exercises. These three will burn fat and build well defined muscle.</p>
<p>Perform cardio twice a week, twenty minutes speed training not just a jog, this will raise the growth hormone and build muscle. An example of this, jog for two minutes, then sprint as fast as you can, push your self. Keep sprinting for 18 minutes, this is how to get ripped abs fast.</p>
<p>Once in the week, work on your core muscle group, and do two weight lifting sessions. One day work on the upper body muscles and the next day work on your lower body. You will hit every part of your body, do two to three exercises per major muscle group.</p>
<p>At the end of each of your workouts, weight lifting and cardio workouts perform your ripped abs workouts, example, lie, with your back to the floor, raise your legs till they are at a right angle to your body. Raise your arms to touch your toes, ( this will raise your back from floor) and return to starting position. Repeat for 3 sets of 20. Repeat this at every workout.</p>

just until like a month ago it started showing the abs and the check suspencion light&#8230;..do any of you people know what this means and how i can fix it&#8230;..the truck cost me 6000 and if its goona cost me more than 1/4 of it to fix it i rather sell it and buy me another one&#8230;..please help me im a single mother of three and i dont really know what to do and i dont wanna get ripped off by some trycky mechanic&#8230;for some reason they always take advantage of women.</p>

<p>When they are weak due to lack of proper exercise and over eating they drop, giving you what is called a pot belly. In order to get this muscle group (abdominal muscle) back on its right track it is crucial that one combines the right diet along with regular exercises to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscle.</p>
<p>Be careful when you decide to begin an exercise routine to tone your abdominal muscles.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Some exercises may actually lead to lower back pain,</strong></span> and do little to strengthen the abdominals.</p>
<p>The question is: If you do abdominal muscle exercise, will you lose weight in your stomach?</p>
<p>In a study by researchers at the University of Massachusetts, it was conclusively shown that sit-up exercise training does not decrease the diameter of abdominal adipose cells, or abdominal circumference (Katch et al., 1984)</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">So, you cannot decrease abdominal fat simply by exercise.</span></strong> In order to reduce abdominal fat, you must decrease your fat (food) intake.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>What is one to do to strengthen abdominal muscle?</strong></span></p>

<p><strong>Don’t be doing the same exercise on a daily base, if you do, it will become ineffective. </strong></p>
<p>Research has demonstrated that the body is constantly learning how to adapt and respond to stimuli.</p>
<p>The thing to try and remember is,<span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong> VARIETY.</strong></span> Keep it interesting by stimulating and challenging different parts of your abdominal muscles to get the results you&#8217;re looking for.</p>
